Tina Merry

Tina is an accomplished international cross-cultural consultant, facilitator, and speaker, with over three decades of hands-on global leadership experience. She specializes in equipping leaders and diverse organizations with the tools and expertise required to cultivate innovative and inclusive work environments. Certified in the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) framework, Tina not only offers a wealth of experience in navigating global cultures and cross-cultural communications but also instills credibility and a pragmatic mindset when addressing the critical aspects of building cultural competency, enhancing inclusion, and fostering psychological safety within the workplace.

Presently, Tina’s work encompasses the design and leadership of global executive leadership and team development programs.
