TINA MERRY

Tina Merry has an extensive production track record in games and software development, directing and coaching large global teams under a distributed development team model.   Shipping over 25 “AAA” video game titles across multiple platforms while working with recognized brands and organizations including FIFA, Electronic Arts and King Activision, she has directed global business functions including Quality Assurance and Central Art. 

Certified in both Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias (Train the Trainer) frameworks, Tina leverages production, project management and global leadership experiences to help organizations improve effectiveness while supporting inclusion, innovation and production excellence particularly when working with distributed teams.   An established expert in best practices related to distributed development and CQ, Tina has delivered numerous related speaking engagements, webinars, workshops &  presentations.

Extended periods in senior leadership roles while living as an expat in Romania, Sweden and UK provided unique cultural insights and experiences, enhancing Tina’s effectiveness as a global leader, facilitator and coach.  An established expert in best practices related to distributed development, she has delivered related speaking engagements, webinars, workshops &  presentations at many conferences, including XDS 2019 (External Development Summit, Vancouver BC) and Microsoft Vancouver for an internal Hackathon Lunch & Learn series.
